Method for Comfort Analysis of Human Arms for Maintability Design
In order to improve the design of the maintenance of civil aircraft,starting from the comfort of the main-tenance personnel·s arms,considering the influence of the two factors of maintenance joint torque and joint angle,the analysis method of human arm comfort for civil aircraft maintenance is proposed.Firstly,according to the Kane equa-tion,the human arm dynamics model was established to solve the joint moment on each degree of freedom of the arm;Secondly,the maintenance tools were placed at the end of the maintenance arm,the maintenance posture was adjusted,the tools interacted with the maintenance target,and the particle swarm algorithm was used to solve the angle values of each joint when the tool is in different states to determine the arm posture;The arms were simplified to a club model,and the cosine theorem was used to reverse the range of joint angle changes in the repair.Finally,the max joint torque was solved using NASA force model,and the joint torque and joint angle influencing factors were intro-duced into the comfort analysis.In the virtual simulation environment,the bolts in different positions under the cabin seat were disassembled and tested,which proves the effectiveness of the method.
