摘要
轴线直接关系到机组主轴系统运行的稳定性,因此,轴线调整是机组安装和日常维护中关键流程之一.目前,工业现场的轴线调整主要通过多次盘车试验,由专家人工求解调整参数,由于缺少可视化辅助和现场实时支持手段,调整过程长,质量依赖于专家的技术水平.针对以上问题,提出基于三维数字化技术,构建轴线调整智能辅助系统,通过盘车多工作面数据的实时记录与同步、参数自动计算、轴心轨迹和空间姿态可视化、轴瓦调整虚拟引导,提升轴系运维数据综合和处理的实时性和引导的直观性,从而提高盘车效率和质量.
Abstract
The axis is directly related to the stability of the main shaft system of the unit.Therefore,the adjust-ment of the axis is one of the key processes in the installation and routine maintenance of the unit.At present,the axis adjustment of the industrial site is mainly through multiple cranking tests,and the adjustment parameters are manually solved by experts.Due to the lack of visual aids and on-site real-time support,the adjustment process is long,and the quality depends on the technical level of the experts.In response to this,it is proposed to build an intelligent aux-iliary system for axis adjustment based on three-dimensional digital technology.Through the real-time recording and synchronization of multi-face data of cranking,automatic calculation of parameters,visualization of axis trajectory and spatial attitude,and virtual guidance for bearing adjustment,the operation of the shaft system can be improved.Real-time dimensional data synthesis and processing and intuitive guidance,thereby improving the efficiency and quality of cranking.
