边缘分析下的耐张线夹金属结构界面特性分析

耐张线夹是架空输电线路上的重要配件,但其在应用过程中存在握力下降、松动情况,为输电线路安全运行带来了一定的风险。为充分掌握耐张线夹应用情况,提出基于图像边缘特征提取的耐张线夹金属结构界面特性仿真分析方法。方法设计耐张线夹传感阵列结构,获取耐张线夹边界电压值,并利用该边界电压值构建灵敏度矩阵;对灵敏度矩阵实施反复投影处理后得到耐张线夹金属结构界面图像;然后使用边缘点特征向量重构方式获取耐张线夹金属结构界面边缘特征点;以上述边缘特征点为基础,使用MATLAB仿真软件构建耐张线夹金属结构三维模型并仿真其金属结构界面特性。仿真结果表明,所提方法提取耐张线夹金属结构边缘特征能力较强,且可有效仿真耐张线夹金属结构界面的应力特性。
Analysis of Interface Characteristics of Tension Clamp Metal Structure under Edge Analysis
Tension clamp is an important accessory on overhead transmission line,but its grip strength decreases and loosens in the process of application,which brings some risks to the safe operation of transmission line.In order to fully grasp the application of tension clamp,a simulation analysis method of metal structure interface characteristics of tension clamp based on image edge feature extraction is proposed.Using this method,the sensor array structure of ten-sion clamp was designed,the boundary voltage of tension clamp was obtained,and the sensitivity matrix was construc-ted by using the boundary voltage;The interface image of the metal structure of the tension clamp was obtained after repeated projection processing of the sensitivity matrix;Then,the edge feature points of the metal structure interface of the tension clamp were obtained by using the edge feature vector reconstruction method;Based on the edge feature points,the three-dimensional model of the metal structure of the tension clamp was constructed by using MATLAB simulation software,and the interface characteristics of the metal structure were simulated.The simulation results show that this method has strong ability to extract the edge features of tension clamp metal structure,and can effectively simulate the stress characteristics of tension clamp metal structure interface.
