摘要

为了避免建筑出现渗水现象,影响建筑整体的耐久性,需要研究建筑防水抗渗质量控制方法.提出基于后浇带技术的建筑防水抗渗质量控制方法,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟建筑温度场,分析建筑混凝土内部温度变化情况,通过分析得出当建筑结构内部温度应力较高时,容易导致建筑出现裂缝,进而影响建筑防水抗渗质量.根据分析结果,采用分段浇筑方案,并在浇筑过程中通水冷却,将浇筑温度控制在28℃,可有效提高建筑防水抗渗质量.仿真结果表明,所提方法的温度应力低、最小抗渗安全系数高和防水抗渗质量好.

Abstract

In order to avoid the phenomenon of water seepage affecting the overall service life the building,it is necessary to study the quality control methods.In this paper,a quality control method for building waterproof and im-permeability based on post-pouring belt technology was put forward.ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the building temperature field and analyze the temperature change inside the concrete.Through anal-ysis,it is found that when the temperature stress inside the building structure is high,it is easy to cause cracks in the building,which in turn affects the quality of waterproofing and impermeability of the building.According to the analy-sis results,a segmented pouring scheme was adopted.Meanwhile,the pouring temperature was controlled at 28℃,so that the waterproofing ability and impermeability of the building could be effectively improved.Simulation results show that the proposed method has low temperature stress,high minimum impermeability actor as well as good waterproofing ability and impermeability.
