感应电动机转子故障SVD滤波检测仿真

感应电动机转子一旦发生故障,对电机本体、生产系统有较大的负面影响,为及时、准确地检测出转子故障,面向感应电动机,以奇异值分解滤波为基本技术,提出一种转子故障检测方法。分析转子故障特征,取得转子故障检测依据。分别设计双层奇异值分解滤波技术、有效阶次选择策略与平滑能量解调技术并融合,设计感应电动机转子故障检测方法。将取得的故障信号频率与检测依据结合,得到故障检测结果。仿真在电动机满载和半载两种运行状态下展开,测试结果显示,所提方法始终高度拟合理想频谱的对应参数值,能够准确、快速地检测出人为设置的转子断条故障,且效果优越,证明方法具有显著的精准度与实时检测能力,是行之有效的转子故障检测手段。
Simulation of SVD Filtering Detection for Rotor Faults in Induction Motors
Once the rotor of an induction motor malfunctions,it has a significant negative impact on the motor body and production system.In order to timely and accurately detect rotor faults,a rotor fault detection method is pro-posed for induction motors using singular value decomposition filtering as the basic technology.Firstly,we analyzed the characteristic of rotor fault and obtain the basis for rotor fault detection.Secondly,we designed a dual-layer singu-lar value decomposition filtering technique,an effective order selection strategy,and a smooth energy demodulation technique,and integrated them together.And then,we designed a method to detect the induction motor rotor fault.Mo-reover,we combined the fault signal frequency with the detection basis to obtain the result of fault detection.Under the states of full load and half load,a simulation was carried out.The test results show that the proposed method al-ways highly fits the parameters corresponding to the ideal spectrum,and can detect the artificial broken-bar fault of rotor accurately and quickly,with better effect.Therefore,the method has significant accuracy and real-time detection ability,and is an effective for rotor fault detection.
