基于鞋底模型的全自动点胶轨迹生成算法

为实现多式样鞋底异形区域自动化涂胶,提出基于鞋底轮廓参数化模型的点胶轨迹自动生成算法。选取鞋底样长、外腰窝部位长和踵心部位长等关键参数,建立鞋样坐标系,求解鞋底轮廓特征数据点,划分鞋底区域;采用NURBS曲线,分段构建一阶连续的鞋底轮廓曲线参数化方程;定距偏置鞋底轮廓曲线,确定鞋底上表面边缘涂胶曲线,采用等弧长离散法,实现边缘涂胶曲线的等距离散与涂胶轨迹生成;针对边缘涂胶曲线所围异形区域,采用等距直线扫描法,在求解扫描直线与边缘轮廓涂胶曲线交点的基础上,实现鞋底上表面涂胶轨迹的自动生成。实验结果表明,上述方法实现鞋底边缘和区域表面的全自动点胶。
Research on Automatic Generation Algorithm of Dispensing Trajectory Based on Sole Model
To achieve quantitative and uniform automatic gluing of irregular area of multistyle sole,we propose an automatic generation algorithm of dispensing trajectory based on parametric model of sole contour.Selecting key pa-rameters such as the length of sole sample,the length of the outer waistline,and the length of the heel center,establish a coordinate system for the shoe pattern,solve for the contour feature data points of the sole,and divide the sole area.Choosing NURBS curve to construct a first-order continuous parametric equation of sole contour curve.The sole con-tour curve of equidistant offset was established to determine the edge gluing curve of the upper surface of the sole.The equal arc length discretization method was used to realize the equidistant dispersion of the edge gluing curve and the generation of gluing trajectory.Using Isometric linear scanning method in the irregular area surrounded by the edge gelatinizing curve to solve the intersection of the scanning line and the gluing curve of the edge contour,and automati-cally generate gluing track on upper surface of sole.Experimental results show that this method can achieve uniform and quantitative gluing of the edge and upper surface of sole.
