基于中低分辨率卫星影像中舰船目标识别方法

目前,中低分辨率成像侦察卫星已经成为远距离情报保障的重要手段之一。然而,中低分辨率成像侦察卫星对海上机动舰船的侦察存在目标检测、识别难等问题,大大影响了情报使用效益。针对上述问题,提出基于霍夫变换的舰船开尔文尾迹提取方法,用于匹配并识别舰船型号。通过仿真得出不同型号舰船的开尔文尾迹尖头波平均距离,可以有效的识别出真实遥感影像中舰船属性,与实际影像数据对比分析,证明上述算法具有一定可行性。因此,基于霍夫变换的舰船开尔文尾迹提取方法可以在一定条件下基本实现目标舰船型号的识别,提升中低分辨率成像侦察卫星对海上机动舰船目标的识别准确率。
Ship Target Recognition Method from Low and Low and Medium Resolution Satellite Images
At present,low and medium resolution imaging reconnaissance satellites have become one of the impor-tant means of long-range intelligence assurance.However,the reconnaissance of maritime mobile ships by low and medium resolution imaging reconnaissance satellites suffers from the problems of target detection and identification,which greatly affects the effectiveness of intelligence usage.To address the above problems,this paper proposes a ship Kelvin wake extraction method based on Hoff transform for matching and identifying ship models.The average distance of Kelvin wake spike wave of different types of ships was obtained through simulation,which can effectively i-dentify the ship attributes in real remote sensing images,and the comparative analysis with the actual image data proves that the algorithm has certain feasibility.Therefore,the Kelvin wake extraction method based on Hough trans-form can basically achieve the recognition of target ship type under certain conditions and improve the recognition ac-curacy of maneuvering ship targets at sea by low and medium resolution imaging reconnaissance satellites.
