Simulation of Traffic Rescue Emergency Transit Path Scheduling Mathematical Model Construction
Traffic conditions often change dynamically,including traffic congestion,road closures,and other situa-tions.In order to further improve the rescue effect of rescue vehicles during emergency rescue,a mathematical model-ing method for real-time scheduling of traffic rescue emergency transfer paths was proposed.According to the micro-scopic characteristics of vehicles at signal intersections,we first determined the safety state of the intersection during vehicle emergency rescue.Then,we designed an emergency transfer path scheduling model for rescue,and divided it into upper and lower levels.Moreover,we used the hybrid cuckoo search algorithm to solve the model.Finally,we completed the real-time scheduling of the emergency transfer path.Experimental results show that when this method is applied to the real-time scheduling of emergency transfer paths,the maximum number of path transfers is only 10,and the time consumption is 150ms.Therefore,the method has good dispatching effect and high performance.
