Research on Gear Modification of New Energy Vehicle Decelerator Based on Romax
In this paper,a range-extender new energy vehicle reducer system is taken as the research object, and Romax is taken as the research platform.Based on the microscopic shaping theory of gears,a new amending method based on genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize four objective functions, the transmission error, surface load, tooth root stress and the contact stress, which can revise the tooth bulge, tooth slope, involute bulge and involute slope. It can be concluded by comparing the optimized objective function value with the original objective function value that the transmission error, tooth root stress, and so on decrease, and the surface load, stress bias load, and other issues are also improved. Therefore, the transmission performance of the gear is significantly improved. This method can better guide the production practice of the enterprise.
