Space Optimization Algorithm for Reuse of Old Industrial Buildings Based on Particle Swarm
In order to solve the problem of shortage of land resources,optimize the space of old industrial build-ings,improve the compactness of building utilization space,and realize space reuse,this paper presented an algorithm for optimizing the space of old industrial buildings based on particle swarm.Firstly,the suitability of land use and the land compactness were maximized.Meanwhile,the transformation cost was minimized,and then a spatial optimization model was constructed.Moreover,the objective function of the reuse space optimization of old industrial buildings was established.Based on the constraints of relevant conditions,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was adopted to solve the above objective function,thus realizing the optimization of the reuse space of old industrial buildings.Simu-lation results show that the proposed method has lower cost of land type transition,higher adaptation,ecological coor-dination,and social benefits.In addition,the space compactness and the optimization efficiency are high as well.
