IEEE 802.15.4 channel access mechanism based on Differentiated services
In the Internet of Things scenario with dense deployment and heavy traffic, the traditional discriminant service mechanism of IEEE 802.15.4 network cannot guarantee the reliability and efficiency of data channel access. Therefore, this paper designs an adaptive CSMA/CA mechanism of 802.15.4 network based on discriminant service.Firstly,at the upper level of MAC,the LAW queuing strategy is designed to provide differentiated services for data with different priorities. In addition,a QCSMA adaptive backoff algorithm is proposed by introducing reinforcement learning. The algorithm uses reinforcement learning to create Q values for the backoff parameter BE to effectively im-prove the CSMA/CA backoff strategy,so that nodes can access the channel efficiently.Simulation results show that compared with the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol, the proposed algorithm can reduce the average end-to-end delay of high-priority data by 13.35%,improve the packet delivery rate by 32.79%,and reduce the average energy consumption of each packet by 23.8%.
