A Multiphase Flow Correlation Measurement System for Oil Well Based on LabVIEW
Oil well production measurement is an important work of the oilfield development process.Aiming at the problems of low automation and poor real-time performance of existing oil well measurement methods,this paper designed a multiphase flow correlation measurement system based on the theory of correlation flowmeter and used the coaxial line phase method water content meter as the sensor.Based on LabVIEW,the data acquisition and measure-ment system was established to realize real-time calculation of flow.Through the production field test,the average er-ror of the measurement result of the system compared with the turbine flowmeter was 11.36%,and the flow rate trend was consistent.The experimental results show that the system can measure the multiphase flow of oil well with the ad-vantages of correct,continuity and automation,which provides a new solution for the multiphase flow measurement of oil well.
