摘要
数字经济已成为最具活力的经济发展要素.石油化工企业作为传统的实体经济体,正在加快推进数字化转型智能化发展,而网络安全是保障企业数字化转型发展的压舱石.网络安全是一项系统工程,涉及到组织管理、制度规范、技术体系、运行管理、人员能力等关键要素.从网络安全面临的主要形势、主要风险,石油化工企业网络安全体系主要因素、建设路径及网络安全管理等四个方面论述了为什么要高度重视网络安全、如何做好网络安全体系规划及建设、如何加强网络安全管理,有力支撑石油化工企业数字化转型智能化发展.
Abstract
The digital economy has become the most dynamic factor of economic development.Petroleum and chemical enterprises,as traditional physical economy entities,are accelerating digital transformation and intelligent de-velopment,and network security is the ballast stone to ensure the digital transformation development of enterprises.Network security is a system engineering,involving key elements such as organizational management,system regula-tions,technical systems,operation management,personnel capabilities,etc.This paper discusses four aspects:the main situation and risks faced by network security,the main factors of the network security system of petroleum and chemi-cal enterprises,the construction path and network security management,why we should pay high attention to network security,how to do a good job in network security system planning and construction,how to strengthen network security management,and effectively support the digital transformation and intelligent development of petroleum and chemical enterprises.
