Influence of the Air Gap and Peripheral Parameters of the High-voltage Reactor on Sound Field Characteristics
High voltage shunt reactor is a commonly used reactive power compensation equipment, which has obvi-ous noise during normal operation. This paper uses numerical simulation methods to implement a multi-physics simu-lation of reactors, including electromagnetic, vibration and noise fields.Based on the two-dimensional axisymmetric model, the electromagnetic field characteristics, stress and strain characteristics inside the high-voltage reactor and the acoustic field distribution characteristics extending from the reactor to the external space of the substation are ana-lyzed.The influence of core parameters of a single high-voltage reactor, especially different core stacking parameters,on the sound field distribution is analyzed. The relationship between sound field distribution characteristics and reactor structure parameters at different frequencies is summarized.and the noise reduction effect and setting method of the concrete wall are analyzed. It provides theoretical support for inversion of reactor noise and reactor parameter characteristics from noise monitoring information, and provides a method basis for effective control of high-voltage re-actor noise.
