基于模块化多电平变换器的光伏发电系统

模块化多电平变换器具有较高的功率因数、较低的输出电流谐波含量、较便捷的功率和电压等级扩展方法、较高的可靠性等优点,因而广泛应用于新能源发电领域。为此介绍一套由光伏电池阵列、储能电池、直流变换器、模块化多电平变换器等构成的光伏发电系统以及四种运行工况。然后介绍了变步长扰动观测法的最大功率跟踪技术,储能电池的充放电控制技术,模块化多电平变换器及其控制技术。通过仿真验证了模块化多电平变换器的光伏发电系统四种运行工况的可行性以及各单元控制策略的有效性,同时可以通过储能电池进行功率平衡控制,从而维持输送到电网的功率平衡。上述光伏发电系统及其控制技术为新能源发电领域提供了技术保障。
Photovoltaic Power Generation System Based on Modular Multilevel Converter
Modular multilevel converter has the advantages of high power factor,low harmonic content of output current,convenient expansion method of power and voltage level,high reliability and so on.Therefore,it is widely used in the field of new energy power generation.This paper introduces a photovoltaic power generation system com-posed of photovoltaic cell array,energy storage battery,DC converter and modular multilevel converter and four operat-ing conditions.Then,the maximum power tracking technology of variable step perturbation and observation method,the charge and discharge control technology of energy storage battery,the modular multilevel converter and its control technology are introduced.Through simulation,the feasibility of the four operating conditions of the photovoltaic power generation system of the modular multilevel converter and the effectiveness of the control strategies of each unit are verified.At the same time,the power balance control can be carried out through the energy storage battery to maintain the power balance transmitted to the power grid.The photovoltaic power generation system and its control technology provide technical support for the field of new energy power generation.
