Optimization of PMSM Direct Torque Control System Based On Super-Twisting Sliding Mode Control
Aiming at the problems of large flux and torque ripple and high-frequency noise caused by torque rip-ple in traditional direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a super twisting sliding mode direct torque control strategy is proposed in this paper.This control strategy replaces the discontinuous switching function in the traditional super twisting control theory with the hyperbolic tangent function with smooth continuous characteris-tics,and designs the sliding mode controller of speed,torque and flux.At the same time,SVPWM space voltage vector pulse width modulation technology is introduced to obtain the continuous voltage vector to ensure the constant switc-hing frequency of the inverter.This strategy solves the problem of chattering during system switching and improves the approaching speed.The simulation results show that compared with traditional direct torque control and traditional su-per spiral sliding mode control,the pulsation of flux and torque can be effectively suppressed,and the dynamic re-sponse speed and robustness of the system can be effectively improved under this control strategy.
