Information Synchronisation Method for Mobile Communication Systems Based on Distributed SDN
To address the issue that the information synchronization overhead of the current popular Software De-fined Network(SDN)inter-controller information synchronization method is high and exceeds the wireless channel load capacity of the device, the paper proposes an information synchronization method that is more reliable, adapts to multi-channel coexistence, and has less information synchronization overhead. This method is based on the planar link-state routing protocol Open Shortest Path First(OSPF).This approach streamlines the software processing flow, eliminates the multi-area mechanism that causes the OSPF protocol area confusion caused by node mobility, adapts the OSPF protocol from traditional IP networks to SDN networks by optimizing protocol messages, and lowers informa-tion synchronization overhead by shortening message length and avoiding redundant synchronization data. The experi-ment demonstrates that the message synchronization technique can precisely synchronize data between controllers, and the message convergence process only generates an average message synchronization overhead of 0.721 kB/s per port received and 0.873 kB/s per port forwarded when the size of the mobile communication system is 1:2:4,matching the load capacity of 78.125 kB/s on average for wireless broadband and 2.4 kB/s on average for ultra-shortwave,meeting the requirements of the distributed SDN-based mobile communication system.
