液相质谱仪示教实验的虚拟仿真设计制作

以液相质谱仪(LC-MS)示教实验的虚拟仿真设计开发为例,介绍本项目团队成员自主设计的虚拟仿真场景应用于我校大型仪器分析示教实验制作过程。项目组运用开源软件Blender构建LC-MS仪器模型;运用虚幻引擎软件构建实验室教学场景,以此加深学生对分析仪器的内部结构和相关原理的理解,提升教学效果并延展教学评价体系。经过团队成员近三年摸索实践,虚拟仿真设计制作范围已涉及到我校多学科多个实验内容,希望以此累积逐步构建拟仿真在高校实践类教学实验中应用,也为相关高校提供借鉴参考意义。
Virtual Simulation Design and Manufacture of Teaching Experiment for Liquid Phase Mass Spectrometer
This paper takes the virtual simulation design and development of the liquid mass spectrometer(LC-MS)teaching experiment as an example,and introduces the virtual simulation experiment scene independently de-signed by the project team members and applied to the production process of the large-scale instrument analysis teaching experiment in our school.The project team used the open source software Blender to build the LC-MS in-strument model,and used the Unreal Engine software to build the laboratory teaching scene,so as to deepen the students'understanding of the internal structure and related principles of the analytical instrument,improve the teach-ing effect and extend the teaching evaluation system.After nearly three years of exploration and practice by team members,the scope of virtual simulation design and production has involved multiple subjects and multiple experi-mental contents in our school.We hope to accumulate and gradually build the appliction fo virtual simulation in prac-tical teaching experiments in colleges and universities,and also provide reference significance for relevant universities.
