CAE Software Coupling Method Based on Multi-Module Hierarchical Combination Model
To make up for the lack of open and composable system architecture of CAE software for complex e-quipment,an automated coupling method for CAE software based on a multi-module hierarchical combination model is proposed.Firstly, based on the combination mode of the discrete event model, finite state machine and continuous time model in the discrete event system specification(DEVS),the core component library for preprocessing, numerical solution and post-processing stages of CAE software was constructed.Secondly, the hierarchical combined model of multi-module was adopted, and the automatic coupling of the core soft components of the full-link CAE was realized based on the event trigger drive mechanism of the multi-agent system. The simulation results in the shield/high-speed rail application scenario show that the componentization and automated coupling of the CAE whole life cycle link is conducive to the study of complex equipment product design under the multi-factor coupling scenario. In addi-tion,the architecture of the multi-module combination model supports the flexible combination and independent de-ployment of the core modules of CAE software, and realizes the support for the integration of CAE software into the cloud service platform.
