摘要
2024 年两会期间,"新质生产力"成为全民热词,新年发展谋划中,新春"第一会"上,"新质生产力"频频亮相,已成为中国经济的一个高频词,是全国各地经济高质量发展的强劲推动力.习近平主席强调:"整合科技创新资源,引领发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业,加快形成新质生产力".大模型产业是战略性新兴产业和未来产业,如何让大模型赋能新质生产力至关重要.文章就什么是新质生产力、大模型产业的发展、大模型赋能新质生产力等问题进行阐述.
Abstract
During the 2024 National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,"new quality productive forces"became a hot topic among the people.In the development plan for the New Year,"new quality productive forces"frequently appeared at the first meeting of the New Year.It has become a high-frequency term in the Chinese economy and a strong driving force for high-quality economic development across the country.President Xi Jinping emphasized"integrating technological innovation resources,leading the development of strategic emerging and future industries,and accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces".The big model indus-try is undoubtedly a strategic emerging industry and a future industry,therefore,it is crucial to enable the big model to leverage new quality productivity!The article elaborates on what is new quality productivity,the development of large model industries,and the empowerment of new quality productivity by large models.
