Effect of Swashplate Action Radius on Dynamic Performance of Swashplate Engine
The swashplate drive mechanism is the main drive mechanism of the swashplate engine.The parameters of the mechanism,such as the swashplate radius,the swashplate angle,and the number of cylinders,directly affect the dynamic performance of the swashplate engine.In this paper,through the derivation of the relevant design parameters of the swashplate drive mechanism,the mathematical models of the swashplate rear ball joint position and the piston position are established,and the corresponding curves are obtained with Matlab simulation to verify the rationality of the mathematical model.Adams was used to study the influence of the swashplate radius on the kinematics parameters of swashplate engine components.The results show that when the radius of the swashplate is 110mm and the angle of the swashplate is 16.17°,the engine has the best speed stability,horizontal vibration and axial play suppression effect.
