一种新型尼龙电梯绳轮的优化设计研究

为解决电梯绳轮中传统材料重量大、磨损率高、噪声大的问题,探究新材料在电梯中应用初期的安全性与成本,提出一种新型MC尼龙电梯绳轮结构,采用SOLIDWORKS软件完成三维模型的构建,采用Simulation模块完成各典型工况下的最大应力和位移分析、安全因数计算,采用设计算例模块进行轻量化优化设计。研究结果表明:新型MC尼龙电梯绳轮结构设计合理可靠,在额定载荷下可长期工作;可通过尺寸优化设计进一步减重,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力;可将新材料应用于电梯绳轮,为新材料在电梯中的应用提供指导。
Structural Analysis and Optimization of New Type Nylon Elevator Rope Wheel
In order to solve the problems of heavy weight,high wear rate and high noise of traditional materials in elevator rope wheel,and explore the safety and cost of new materials in the early application of elevator rope wheel,a new MC nylon elevator rope wheel structure was proposed,and SOLIDWORKS software was used to complete the con-struction of three-dimensional model.The simulation module was used to complete the maximum stress and displace-ment analysis and safety factor calculation under each typical working condition,and the design example module was used to carry out the lightweight optimization design.The results show that the new MC nylon elevator rope wheel structure design is reasonable and reliable,and can work for a long time under rated load.It can further reduce weight,reduce production cost and improve market competitiveness through size optimization design.The new material can be applied to the rope wheel of elevator to provide guidance for the application of new material in elevator.
