摘要

军事救援分级部署是医疗保障的基本模式,制定合理的分级部署策略是提高伤员救治成效的关键问题.以往研究多是定性分析,缺乏对救援体系分级部署行为的刻画,无法精确模拟实际行为.基于系统动力学方法构建军事救援分级部署模型,发现军事救援体系分级部署是典型的"成长上限"模式,并从运力分配策略和救援阶梯部署策略进行仿真.通过仿真得出运力规模是军事救援分级部署的限制因素,需合理控制前接运力占比;救援体系首级救援阶梯尽可能靠近伤员区域,同时可适当延长救援体系内各救援阶梯的间距.

Abstract

Echelon deployment is the basic mode of military medical service support.Constructing reasonable ech-elon deployment strategy is the key problem to improve the effectiveness of casualty treatment.Previous studies were mostly qualitative analysis,lacking the behavior description of echelon deployment strategy of the medical service sup-port,and unable to accurately simulate the actual system.In this paper,a military rescue echelon deployment model was built based on the system dynamics,and found that the echelon deployment of military medical service support system was a typical"limit to growth"mode.This paper also conducted simulation experiments from the transportation resource allocation strategy and rescue echelon deployment strategy.It is concluded that the scale of transport capacity is a limiting factor for the deployment of military rescue echelons,and the proportion of forward transport capacity should be controlled reasonably.The first echelon of the system should be as close to the wounded area as possible,and the spacing of other echelons within the system can be extended appropriately.
