摘要

办公建筑节能优化时,若不能及时了解影响建筑能耗的影响因素,会直接降低建筑的节能优化效果,考虑上述因素提出一种基于BIM模型的办公建筑节能优化方法.建立办公建筑的BIM有限元模型,根据建立的模型对影响建筑能耗的影响因素展开具体分析;在BIM模型中导入DesignBuilder软件对影响因素参数实施模拟样本采集,实施样本训练并将训练好的回归函数作为建筑能耗优化的目标之一;在此基础上,引入建筑室内舒适度适应度函数作为另一优化目标,采用NSGA-II实施目标的优化,获取建筑节能优化目标的最优解,实现办公建筑的节能优化.仿真结果表明,使用该方法开展建筑节能优化时,优化效果好,有利于提升建筑节能效果.

Abstract

During the energy-saving optimization of office buildings,if the factors of influencing energy consump-tion cannot be mastered in time,it will directly reduce the optimization effect.Considering the above factors,this paper proposed an energy-saving optimization method for office buildings based on BIM model.Firstly,a BIM finite element model was built.Based on the model,specific analysis was carried out on the factors of influencing energy consumption.Then,Design Builder software was imported into the BIM model to simulate the sample collection of in-fluencing parameters.Moreover,the sample was trained,and then the trained regression function was used as one of the optimization objectives for building energy consumption.On this basis,the indoor comfort adaptability function of building was introduced as another optimization objective.Meanwhile,NSGA-II was used to optimize the objective,thus obtaining the optimal solution for optimization objectives.Finally,the energy-saving optimization of office build-ings was realized.The simulation results show that this method has better optimization effect,so it is conducive to im-proving the energy-saving effect.
