When using CFD software to calculate complex models in steady state,it is found that the problem of non-convergence of calculation results often occurs when using multiple reference frames to analyze solid-liquid two-phase flows.Without changing the boundary conditions of the numerical model, the value of the ratio of multiple refer-ence frame regions was adjusted, and 20 groups of PY straight leaf disc turbine stirring kettles with stirring solid-liq-uid two-phase were divided into different ratios, and the effects of different ratios of the moving region on the conver-gence of steady-state calculation, the flow field velocity distribution of the agitator, the volume fraction distribution of solid particles, the suspension state and the power of the agitator were analyzed. The results show when the value of the moving region ratio β is less than 1.4,the calculation does not converge, and increasing the moving region ratio can improve the convergence of the model calculation. With the increase of the moving area ratio, the error between the maximum and minimum values of the calculated difference in standard concentration 10%,and the error of the maximum and minimum values of speed and torque does not exceed 2%,that is,the change of the moving region ratio has a greater impact on the simulated difference in standard concentration, and has little effect on the velocity distri-bution and stirrer power.
