摘要

工程上经常使用泡沫橡胶垫层来进行复杂结构的连接.工程装备中,泡沫橡胶垫层被广泛应用于椭球体结构的预紧装配中.研究中首先开展了垫层的疲劳破坏研究方法和材料本构模型分析,明确了垫层疲劳破坏的有限元方法和适用于泡沫橡胶材料的本构模型;其次建立了不同偏心率椭球体的有限元分析模型,预计算了结构在单次压缩作用下的结果;最后,利用疲劳计算软件,计算并分析不同偏心率的椭球垫层结构在不同压缩量下的疲劳寿命,得到偏心率和幅值对垫层疲劳寿命的影响.

Abstract

Foam rubber cushion is often used to connect complex structures in engineering.In engineering equip-ment,foam rubber cushion is widely used in the preload assembly of ellipsoid structures.In this paper,firstly,the fa-tigue failure research method and material constitutive model analysis of cushion are carried out,and the finite element method of cushion fatigue failure and the constitutive model applicable to foam rubber material are clarified.Secondly,finite element analysis models of ellipsoids with different eccentricities were established to predict the results of the structure under single compression.Finally,the fatigue life of the ellipsoidal cushion structure with dif-ferent eccentricities under different compressions was calculated and analyzed by using fatigue calculation software,and the influence of eccentricity and amplitude on the fatigue life of the cushion was obtained.
