Optimization and Simulation of Concrete Precast Component Production Process Based on Genetic Algorithm
In order to reduce the processing time of precast concrete components,improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption,this article presented an optimization method for the production process of precast concrete components based on genetic algorithm.Firstly,we determined the optimal production line and the number of production lines,and thus to obtain the production priority of each component.According to the priority,a model of optimizing production process was built with the shortest waiting time and the minimum energy consumption as the ob-jectives.Moreover,the elitism strategy was introduced to improve the search efficiency of genetic algorithm.Further-more,the improved genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the optimization model.Finally,we achieved the optimiza-tion for the production process of precast concrete components.The simulation results show that the proposed method significantly shortened the processing time of each process,and improved the production efficiency,with lower energy consumption.
