Improved African Vulture Algorithm for Location Selection of Automobile Charging Stations
The location selection of charging stations requires comprehensively considering multiple factors, such as charging demand density, traffic flow density, vehicle speed, etc. There are complex interrelationships and con-straints among these factors. Therefore, how to comprehensively consider them is a challenge. In order to obtain a scheme with high user satisfaction, this paper put forward an optimization method for siting the charging station of new energy vehicles considering traffic congestion.Considering the impact of the traffic congestion index on the travel and charging station selection of users,in order to minimize the operator investment cost and maximize user satisfaction,we built a model to optimize the charging station siting. Then,we used the improved African vulture optimization algo-rithm to solve the model. Finally,we determined the optimal solution for charging station siting.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve user satisfaction, and reduce network loss rate and path length, thus obtaining a more practical plan for siting charging stations.
