基于优化点融合系统的进场航班排序研究

为了缓解终端区航班延误现状,构建点融合系统优化模型,采用带精英策略的遗传算法进行求解,结果表明,经过优化后,终端区内航班的平均飞行时间减少了 65 s,平均燃油消耗减少了52。3 kg,平均污染物排放减少了726 g。之后以优化后的点融合系统作为仿真空域架构,构建基于点融合的多目标进场航班排序模型,采用带精英策略的快速非支配遗传算法进行求解,结果表明,相较于先到先服务序列,在总延误时间和调度公平性方面,优化序列1 分别优化了40。69%和10。16%,优化序列 2 分别优化了14。09%和 13。4%,优化序列3 分别优化了5。19%和18。56%,在考虑航空器速度调整后,优化序列 1、优化序列 2以及优化序列 3在最后着陆时间方面均优化了0。2%,提高了终端区的运行效率及航班调度公平性。
Research on Arrival Flight Sequencing Based on Optimized Point Merge System
In order to alleviate the flight delays in the terminal area,the optimization model of the point merge system is constructed,and the genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the problem.The results show that after optimization,the average flight time in the terminal area is reduced by 65 s,the average fuel consumption is re-duced by 52.3 kg,and the average pollutant emission is reduced by 726 g.After that,the optimized point merge sys-tem is used as the simulation airspace architecture,and a multi-objective arrival flight sequencing model based on the point merge system is constructed.The fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy is used to solve the problem.The results show that compared with the first-come-first-served sequence,in terms of total delay time and scheduling fairness,optimization sequence 1 is optimized by 40.69%and 10.16%,optimization sequence 2 is optimized by 14.09%and 13.4%,and optimization sequence 3 is optimized by 5.19%and 18.56%.After consid-ering the aircraft speed adjustment,optimization sequence 1,optimization sequence 2,and optimization sequence 3 are optimized by 0.2%in the final landing time,which improves the operation efficiency of the terminal area and the fair-ness of flight scheduling.
