规章政策变化下的延程运行飞行计划仿真

随着民航局相关规章的持续更新及国产C919 即将商业运行,建立能适应规章变化且关键技术自主可控的国产飞行计划系统具有重要意义。首先,梳理了延程运行(ETOPS)核心概念及其飞行计划制作流程;然后,采用迭代法求解无风等时点、线性插值法计算特定时空点风温,进而求得实际等时点、改航燃油、改航距离以及燃油关键点等ETOPS飞行计划的关键信息。最后,以厦门至伦敦某航班进行实例验证。研究结果表明,所构建的ETOPS飞行计划制作流程与求解算法具有较高的精度,使用Python软件编写的飞行计划制作程序具有可行性,可为国产飞行计划系统的研发提供参考。
Simulation of Extended Range Flight Plan Consideringthe Change of Regulations
With the continuous updating of the relevant regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration and the imminent commercial operation of the domestic C919,it is of great significance to establish a domestic flight plan sys-tem that can adapt to the changes in regulations and independently control key technologies.First of all,the core con-cept of extended range operation(ETOPS)and its flight plan production process are summarized.Then,the iterative method is used to solve the windless equal-time point,and the linear interpolation method is used to calculate the wind and temperature at a specific time and space point,so as to obtain the key information of the ETOPS flight plan such as the equal-time point,the diversion fuel,the diversion distance,and the fuel critical point.Finally,a flight from Xiamen to London is taken as an example.The research results show that the ETOPS flight plan-making process and solving algorithm are of high accuracy,and the flight plan-making program written using Python software is feasi-ble,which can provide a reference for the development of domestic flight plan systems.
