振动分量提取方法研究与软件实现

为解决从飞机附件机匣振动总量中无法得知每个旋转部件振动量的问题,研究了振动分量提取方法.首先将振动加速度积分成振动速度,计算振动速度的快速傅里叶变换,并通过采集的转速信号除以传动比得出某个关注的测量频率,从快速傅里叶变换计算结果的频率数组中索引出测量频率周围1 个频率分辨率的 2 个数组元素序号.其次索引这 2 个数组元素序号之间快速傅里叶变换幅度数组元素中的最大值,得到关注的飞机附件机匣振动分量.然后通过公式修正信号加窗后造成的飞机附件机匣振动分量的误差.在上述方法的基础上开发了振动分量提取软件,用以上软件分析飞机附件机匣与液压泵连接的传动轴断裂数据.分析结果表明:从某个时间开始出现3 倍频振动分量,并且前3 倍频振动分量都有突增现象,然后缓慢下降.最后,把编写的软件应用在工程测试中,清晰地实时显示出振动分量并实现并行存储,有效地解决了工程问题.
Research and Software Implementation of Vibration Component Extraction Method
To solve the problem of not being able to determine the vibration amount of each rotating component from the total vibration amount of the aircraft accessory casing,this paper proposes a vibration component extraction method.Firstly,we integrated the vibration acceleration into the vibration velocity,calculated the fast Fourier transform of the vibration velocity,and obtained a measurement frequency of interest by dividing the collected speed signal by the transmission ratio;Then we extracted two array element numbers of one frequency resolution around the measurement frequency from the frequency array calculated by the fast Fourier transform.Secondly,we indexed the maximum value in the fast Fourier transform amplitude array element between the two array element indices to obtain the vibration component of aircraft accessory gearbox;Then,we corrected the error of vibration component caused by signal windowing by formula.Based on the above method,we developed a software of extracting vibration components to analyze the data of the transmission shaft connected to the hydraulic pump in the aircraft accessory gearbox.The a-nalysis results show that there was a frequency tripling vibration component from a certain time,and the first three components had sudden increases before slowly decreasing.Finally,the developed software was applied in engineering tests,clearly displaying the vibration components in real time,thus achieving parallel storage.This method effectively solves the engineering problem.
