改进转矩分配函数的SRM控制方法研究

开关磁阻电机具有转矩脉动大的固有缺点,直接瞬时转矩控制是直接对电机的反馈转矩进行控制,能有效抑制转矩脉动,但其控制性能的优劣很大程度上取决于转矩分配函数。提出了一种改进转矩分配函数的开关磁阻电机控制方法。方法可根据电磁转矩的变化实时计算并修正转矩分配函数的换相角。并以 3 相 12/8 极开关磁阻电机为控制对象搭建仿真模型。仿真结果标明,上述系统可有效改善突加负载和稳定负载运行时转矩脉动大的问题,验证了该控制策略的可行性。
Research on SRM Control Method with Improved Torque Sharing Function
Switched reluctance motors(SRM)have the inherent disadvantage of large torque ripple.Direct instan-taneous torque control directly controls the feedback torque of the motor,which can effectively suppress torque ripple.However,the quality of its control performance largely depends on the torque distribution function.This paper proposes an improved torque sharing function,which instantaneously calculates and corrects the commutation angle of the torque sharing function with the real-time change of electromagnetic torque.To verify the proposed strategy,the paper builds a simulated model of a 3-phase 12/8-poles switched reluctance motor controlled by the proposed strate-gy,and the results show that the strategy effectively suppresses the large torque ripple under the step change of the motor load.
