永磁同步电机模糊变占空比电流滞环控制研究

针对三相永磁同步电机调速系统常用的双闭环矢量控制性能很大程度上依赖于电流PI控制器参数的整定,调节周期长,易受电机参数影响的问题,利用电流滞环控制对扰动与参数不敏感、响应速度快等优点,提出一种基于模糊逻辑变占空比的电流滞环控制方法,从直接控制电流矢量圆的方式出发,对三相定子电流进行精确控制.通过设计模糊逻辑控制器,根据电流误差及电流误差变化率实时动态调整占空比输出,将电流误差控制在较小的区域内,改善电流跟踪性能.仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效改善电流波形,提高控制系统的性能.
Research on Fuzzy Variable Duty Cycle Current Hysteresis Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
The performance of double closed-loop vector control in three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulating system largely depends on the setting of current PI controller parameters,the adjustment cycle is long,and it is easy to be affected by motor parameters.A current hysteresis control method based on fuzzy logic var-iable duty cycle is proposed by taking the advantages of the current hysteresis control,such as insensitivity to disturb-ances and parameters and fast response speed,which can accurately control the three-phase stator current by directly controlling the current vector circle.The fuzzy logic controller is designed to dynamically adjust the duty cycle output in real time according to the current error and the current error change rate.The current error is controlled in a small area and the current tracking performance is improved.The simulation results show that the proposed method can ef-fectively improve the current waveform and the performance of the control system.
