Numerical analysis and structure optimization of vehicle cabin based on random vibration test
As to the issue of damage of the vehicle cabin caused by random vibration excitation under road running conditions,the random vibration response characteristics of the cabin is studied.The vibrating table test of the cabin test piece is carried out,and the dynamic response parameters,such as acceleration,strain,and stress of the test piece under different working conditions is obtained.Based on this,a numerical analysis model for the cabin is built,and the random vibration response analysis and calculation is completed.The rationality of the numerical analysis method is verified by comparing it with the vibrating test results.The full operating condition parameters is calculated on the numerical analysis model,and the random vibration response is analyzed combining simulation and test results.Based on the structure vibration characteristics and failure mechanisms,the cabin structure is optimized,which meets the vibration resistance requirements.
