Strength analysis and safety evaluation of fan coal mill pulverizing wheel
To analyze the working stress of the fan coal mill pulverizing wheel and find the dangerous locations,a finite element model of the pulverizing wheel is built based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus,and its static strength is analyzed based on actual working conditions.The results show that the maximum stress of the pulverizing wheel is 391.9 MPa,and it located at the convex position where the front disc contacts the outer beater,which has exceeded the yield stress of the material;the maximum displacement is 0.976 mm,and it located at the center axis of the pulverizing wheel.With the continuous wear,the pulverizing wheel stress in dangerous areas will increase,and the special attention should be paid to regular maintenance and repair.
