摘要
针对某车型前减振器支架在强化耐久道路试验中发生开裂的问题,基于减振器的阻尼力,采用有限元法对前减振器支架开裂进行仿真分析,并对原结构进行优化改进.改进后的减振器支架结构搭载道路试验样车进行强化试验,结果表明改进方案的前减振器支架结构未出现开裂,具有较好的耐久性能.
Abstract
Regarding the issue of cracking in the front shock absorber bracket of a certain vehicle model during enhanced durability road test,the cracking of the front shock absorber bracket is simulated and analyzed using finite element method based on the damping force of the shock absorber,and the original structure is optimized and improved.The improved shock absorber bracket is equipped on a road test sample vehicle for enhanced test.The results indicate that the improved front shock absorber bracket structure did not crack and has good durability performance.
