某车型车门护板卡扣的特性获取和仿真研究

为解决某车型车门护板卡扣脱落的问题,提出一种卡扣连接的简化仿真方法,基于卡扣拔出的自由落体试验,得到卡扣的动态黏性阻尼系数.将卡扣的静刚度参数、动态阻尼系数、失效参数代入简化模型,模拟车门高速关门,验证卡扣在车门强关工况下的失效情况.结果表明:卡扣连接仿真简化方法能有效预测车门护板卡扣的失效风险.
Performance extraction and simulation research on door back plate clip of certain vehicle
To solve the issue that the door back plate clip falling of certain vehicle,a simulation simplification method for clip connection is proposed.Based on the free falling test on clip pulling,the dynamic viscous damping coefficient is obtained.The static stiffness parameter,the dynamic damping coefficient and the failure parameter of clip are substituted into the simplified model,high-speed door closing of the vehicle door is simulated,the failure situation of clip under the strong closing condition of the door is verified.The results show that the simulation simplification method for clip connection can predict the failure risk of door back plate clip effectively.
