Vibration and noise simulation for an electric toothbrush
In order to improve the vibration and noise performance of the electric toothbrush,a theoretical design is conducted.And modal,vibration,and radiated noise simulation is performed.In the theoretical design,vibration isolation and noise reduction treatment are carried out on the excitation source.The modal simulation results show that the shell mode is isolated from the motor excitation mode.The vibration simulation results show that the electric toothbrush has a good sense of handheld vibration,and the noise simulation results show that the noise of this product is lower than other product.The experiment results verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation method.
