Interference assembly process and press-fitting influence factors of gear in a flying shear mechanism
To ensure the reliability of the interference fit between the gear and crankshaft of the flying shear mechanism, based on the actual structural parameters and working conditions of the gear hub and crankshaft, the range of interference values are adjusted, and the interference fit assembly process is simulated using finite element method. The correctness of the simulation model is validate combing actual press-fitting data.On this basis, the sensitivity analysis is conducted on the factors that affect the pressing effect using orthogonal analysis method. The results show that the parameters that affect the maximum pressing force in sequence are the joint surface taper, friction coefficient, and interference fit value;the interference fit value and friction coefficient have a significant impact on the bearing capacity, while the sensitivity of the joint surface taper is not significant.
