行星排式与平行轴式减速器机械效率分析

为对行星排式与平行轴式减速器效率进行定量分析,推导行星排式与平行轴式减速器传动效率的计算模型,研究电机转矩与转速对这2种减速器传动效率的影响.结果表明:行星排式减速器的最佳效率集中在中转矩、高转速工况,而平行轴式减速器的最佳效率集中在低转矩、高转速工况;随着转矩的增大,2种减速器的传动效率均不断下降,且行星排式减速器的传动效率更高;随着转速的增大,2种减速器的传动效率均不断上升,且平行轴式减速器的传动效率更高;2种减速器的主要损失集中在齿轮啮合和轴承部分,行星排式减速器的齿轮啮合损失占比最高,平行轴式减速器的传动损失集中在轴承损失.
Mechanical efficiency analysis of speed reducer with planetary gear and parallel shaft
To quantitatively analyze the efficiency of speed reducers with planetary gear and parallel shaft,calculation models for the transmission efficiency of planetary gear and parallel shaft reducers are derived,and the influence of motor torque and speed on the transmission efficiency of these two types of reducers is studied.The results show that the optimal efficiency of planetary gear reducers is concentrated in the medium torque and high speed operating conditions,while the optimal efficiency of parallel shaft reducers is concentrated in the low torque and high speed range;as the torque increases,the transmission efficiency of both types of reducers continuously decreases,and the transmission efficiency of planetary gear reducers is higher;as the speed increases,the transmission efficiency of both types of reducers continues to increase,and the transmission efficiency of parallel shaft reducers is higher;the main losses of the two types of reducers are concentrated in the gear meshing and bearing parts,the gear meshing loss of planetary gear reducers accounts for the highest proportion,while the transmission loss of parallel shaft reducers is concentrated in the bearing loss.
