为降低火箭消极质量,以发动机支架为研究对象进行轻量化设计,基于Ansys Workbench软件,采用实体变密度方法,以结构柔度最小化和固有频率最优化为目标,对支架模型进行拓扑优化.经多个方案的迭代,最终以重构模型质量减轻3 5%达到轻量化设计目标,为火箭部组件结构设计提供参考.
Topology optimization design of rocket bracket structure based on Ansys Workbench
In order to reduce the negative mass of rocket,the lightweight design of rocket engine bracket is studied.Based on Ansys Workbench software,the solid variable density method is adopted to optimize the topology of the bracket model with the objective of minimizing the structural flexibility and optimizing the natural frequency.After iterations of multiple schemes,the reconstruction model finally achieves the goal of lightweight design by reducing the mass by 35%,which provides a reference for the structural design of rocket components.
