以230 t转炉连接系统为研究对象,通过计算转炉倾动过程中的载荷变化获得转炉连接系统的极限工况,通过Abaqus软件分析得到极限工况下转炉连接系统的应力分布情况以及关键零件的应力最大值,进而校核转炉连接系统的使用强度.结果表明:转炉连接系统在不同极限工况下均能满足使用强度.
Finite element analysis and strength check of converter connection system
Taking the 230 t converter connection system as the research object,the ultimate working condition of the converter connection system is obtained by calculating the load change during the tilting process of the converter,and the stress distribution of the converter connection system and the maximum stress of the key parts under the ultimate working condition are obtained by Abaqus software,then the service strength of the converter connection system is checked.The results show that the connection system of converter can meet the service strength under the different ultimate working conditions.
