为研究转子静偏心对电驱总成NVH性能的影响,建立某电驱总成的弹性多体动力学模型,计算得到壳体表面振动速度,与测试结果吻合较好.将转子不同静偏心量产生的电磁激励载荷施加到动力学模型上,评估转子偏心对电驱总成动力学及NVH性能的影响.结果表明:转子偏心不仅改变电机自身的动力学性能,同时对整个电驱总成的动力学行为及NVH性能均产生影响;随着偏心量的增加,转子轴承与减速器输入轴左端轴承载荷恶化明显,齿轮传递误差与齿面载荷分布系数变大,意味着齿轮啮合状态恶化.
Influence of rotor static eccentricity on NVH of electric drive assembly
To study the effect of rotor static eccentricity on the NVH performance of an electric drive assembly,an elastic multi-body dynamic model of a certain electric drive assembly is built,and the vibration velocity of the shell surface is computed,which is in good agreement with the test results.The electromagnetic excitation loads generated by different static eccentricities of the rotor is apply to the dynamic model to evaluate the impact of rotor eccentricity on the dynamics and NVH performance of the electric drive assembly.The results show that the rotor eccentricity not only changes the dynamic performance of the motor itself,but also affects the dynamic behavior and NVH performance of the entire electric drive assembly;with the increase of eccentricity,the load on the rotor bearing and the left end bearing of the input shaft of the reducer deteriorates significantly,and the transmission error of the gear and the load distribution factor of the tooth surface increase,which means that the meshing state of the gear deteriorates.
