Credibility is the core attribute of testimony,but for a long time,judicial practice has been plagued by many problems such as insufficient theory,lack of methods and low court appearance rate of witnesses.The triangle theory of testimony can not only examine the credibility of testimony in court,but also examine the credibility of written testimony.To this end,we should find the right focus,introduce the triangle theory of testimony,and enhance the substantive examination of testimony credibility by improving the rate of witness appearing in court and constructing the relevant supporting measures of testimony examination.
