The Evolution and Prospects of Chinese Investigation Research-Knowledge Graph Analysis Based on CiteSpace and VOS viewer
The article is based on 2128 CNKI core journal literature on investigation from 1992 to 2022 and uses knowledge map to explore the research trends of investigative studies in China from three aspects:overall pattern,research hotspots,and evolutionary trends.The results indicate that investigative research has gone through three stages:initiation,prosperity,and deepening,with research hotspots converging in six aspects such as investigative supervision and investigative interrogation.The investigation research has achieved a relatively complete disciplinary knowledge system since its inception,and the legal system related to it is gradually improving.However,there are still problems such as weak disciplinary discourse and academic influence,and legal regulations of big data investigation needed to be improved.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the research on the basic theories of investigation and enhance its scientificity;Focus on the major needs of national security and carry out research to address public security's urgent needs;Improve the system construction and procedural control of big data investigation;Further tackle difficulties around the legalization of investigation and the reform of the investigation system centered on trial;Further improve the system of interrogation rules,and promote the transformation of interrogation technology.
