In the post-truth era,citizens'understanding of justice is closely related to subjectivity.The subjective procedural justice theory,which is based on the theory of legal feelings,the psychological structure of understanding feelings and the character of Chinese people,is better able to meet the challenges of The Times and conform to China's national conditions than the objective procedural justice theory.With the introduction of subjective procedural justice,the theory of procedural justice can be reconstructed in a non-dogmatic and humanized way.In order to apply subjective procedural justice to procedures,we should use algorithms to dynamically control the criteria of subjective procedural justice,at the same time,personalize procedural communication,transform the concept of inquiry and presentation from the perspective of narrative therapy,reconstruct the dimension of judicial communication so that judges and parties see each other,and embed social psychological services in the collaborative mechanism of judicial social workers.In the end,it achieves the purpose of substantive dispute settlement while realizing procedural justice.
