Research on Traffic Police Pursuit Behavior from the Perspective of Rule of Law
The traffic police pursuit behavior is the specific administrative behavior of the traffic police to chase the fugitives.Due to the lack of clear guidance of legal norms,traffic police often face some problems in pursuit.Specifically,in terms of the starting conditions,application methods and after-treatment of the pursuit behavior,there are situations such as inaccurate identification of legal circumstances,unreasonable legal decisions,and damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the administrative counterpart.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the root cause of the problem,and on this basis,comprehensively improve the implementation rules of the traffic police's pursuit behavior,so as to guide the police to carry out the pursuit work reasonably according to law.
