Risk and Limitation Research on Rationalization Interrogation Strategy
With the reform of the criminal procedure system,the traditional adversarial interrogation mode has been difficult to adapt to the development of the new situation.As a soft interrogation method,rationalization strategy,combined with psychological theory and legal practice,can resolve the antagonistic emotions between the two interrogators,enhance the willingness of the suspect to cooperate,ensure the voluntary confession,and finally achieve the purpose of interrogation.To study the application skills and specific operation methods of rationalization strategy,to explore the risks and limits of rationalization interrogation strategy in practice,to further strengthen the understanding of rationalization interrogation strategy,and to promote the standardization and scientific investigation interrogation work.
