Concept Debugging and Path Selection of Telecom Network Fraud Governance:A Technical Analysis Framework
In recent years,the telecom network fraud crime still presents a high incidence trend under the severe crackdown,which seriously endangers the national interests,the stability of social order and the security of people's property.At present,the management of telecom network fraud basically follows the traditional mode of heavy punishment and response after the event,and faces difficulties such as rigid regulations,difficulty in obtaining evidence,difficulty in determining jurisdiction and lagging property protection.In response to these problems,it is necessary to start with concept innovation and path selection,advocate governance concepts that meet the requirements of innovative governance,precise attack,and source governance,and continuously strengthen technical support through the construction of anti-fraud knowledge graph,strengthening the identification of susceptible groups,upgrading network interception technology and other paths,so as to build a comprehensive technical prevention mechanism suitable for China's national conditions.
