In the era of big data,anti-investigation behavior increasingly presents five typical characteristics,such as technological sophistication,advanced preparation,difficult identification,enhanced awareness,and tight organization,which bring many obstacles to the investigation work of public security organs.The anti-investigation behavior in the era of big data has a dual impact on the investigation work,which can not only have a positive impact on the public security organs to fight crimes,but also can be used by criminals to bring negative impact on the public security organs.It is an important issue in current investigation work to make full use of the anti-investigation behavior in the era of big data and promote its positive influence.In order to ensure the smooth progress of investigation work in the era of big data and not be confused by anti-investigation behavior,we can establish a systematic and standardized big data application system,strengthen the training of big data talents within the public security organs,establish a special external communication mechanism and build a regional collaborative and integrated combat data model to deal with the problem,so as to help the efficient operation of investigation work in the era of big data.
